Production zone: Veneto and Friuli
Vinification: 3 hours of maceration in C02 rich atmosphere and fermentation at 14-16°C.
Maturation: Aging in oak for 8 months
Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour, delicate aromas of exotic fruits and good acid balance with great minerality.

Servicing temperature: 10-12°C
