Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC  is a red wine produced with grapes Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Molinara.

Winemaking consists of a fermentation of 7-8 days in stainless steel vessels, then wine is moved in other stainless steel vessels for 18 months. Bottle refinement lasts 6 months.
